We undertake supply of Rolling Mills of 50,000 - 5,00,000 tons per annum capacity on turnkey basis - from conception to commissioning - to suit the specific needs of the customers. We design the plant on the basis of tonnage output and product mix desired, size & type of input material and the extent of automation required by the customer, be it a Wire Rod, Bar Mill or Section Mill. Under collaboration with SEAD Steel Technology, Turkey, we are manufacturing bar & rod mill upto 5,00,000 tons per annum mill with Slit Rolling Technology. High production is achieved using 'Slit Technology', which is a proven technology in European countries and new concept introduced in the Indian market. The collaboration with SEAD Steel Technology is for complete engineering, process know how, installation and commissioning, trial run, tracking and assistance during operation.

Our Network

We have supplied Rolling Mills to Middle East, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Africa  & other countries in a range from 50,000  to 5,00,000 tons per annum capacity. Our products have been installed by leading organizations located in Assam, Meghalaya, Bihar, Jharkhand, Himachal Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Orissa, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal and other states.

Infrastructural Facility

The machinery available includes latest horizontal boring machines, floor type boring machines, gear hobbing machine, VTL's, center lathes, planing machines and plano milling machines with facing/grinding/shaping/radial drilling and slotting machines etc. we use special raw materials conforming to DIN, BS and IS specifications to fabricate an impeccable array of products for the customers.

Other important equipment available are MIG welding, arc welding sets (air cooled), gas cutting sets, profile cutter, hack-saw machines, EOT Crane, mobile crane (10 mt), and complete testing & measuring facilities. we use special raw materials conforming to DIN, BS and IS specifications to fabricate an impeccable array of products for the customers.

Heat Treatment

Heat treatment is carried out in the most modern plants and special heat treatment like Gas Carburizing, Nitriding, Induction hardening are also done. All forging are tested with ultrasonic waves to figure out internal defects and are normalized, annealed or stress relieved before further processing.

NOTE:- Turnkey basis involves supply of all equipment and accessories except the civil work, mill sheds, admin., stores buildings, roads, drainage, pits and safety and pollution control systems.
